We are Napo, a tech-led pet insurance company in the UK who have just closed Series B and area ready for the next chapter of our growth. We are pet lovers who built a super comprehensive pet insurance product with amazing customer support and lightning fast claim experience. In less than 4 years in the UK market, we have grown to over 70K customers and 80 Employees.

In insurance people need their money back quickly. The job to be done is to pay claims in the same day, rather than the industry average of 4+ weeks. We have invested a lot in better processes and vet-initiated claims to shorten timeframes and are now looking at automation and AI to get even faster.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior PM to lead our Claims Automation efforts.

You’ll be working closely with engineering, data science and the claims team to put together a roadmap which uses a combination of rules, LLM integrations, traditional models, and internal tooling, to close over 90% of claims without a human involved. This is a role leading one of the top company priorities.

Skills we think you need

• Able to go deep on complex technical topics
• Experience with LLMs and/or ML-enabled products
• Solid leadership skills and ability to collaborate with all functions

Experience that is important to us

• 4+ years as a PM in at least one company that has done some great stuff.
• Experience driving a roadmap for multiple quarters on a single problem space with success
